With Les Terrasses, Álvaro Palacios brings the Priorat of the past into the glass, along with its history, customs, and traditions. The wine comes from around 80 plots in various villages, planted with old Garnacha and Cariñena vines. About 1% are white grapes, which are typically found in these vineyards. With the scent and flavors of dark fruits and berries, warm slate, and Mediterranean herbs, it transports us to this secluded world.
