This honey is amber in colour and crystallises naturally; the smell and taste vary according to the collection of flowers. After the honey is obtained by mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant cold, then filtered and bottled. The processing temperature is always below 50°C. The flower honey is a very versatile honey and can be used for hot drinks or as a spread.
