Alce Nero Mokka

The Fairtrade mocha blend from Alce Nero is made exclusively from Arabica coffee, which is grown at high altitudes in the shade of mighty tropical trees by partner farmers from Prodecoop in Nicaragua and Coop Norandino in Peru. Prodecoop and Coop Norandino are members of Coop Sin Fronteras, an organization that has promoted the principles of quality and health of raw materials, but above all, social and ecological sustainability since its founding. The packaging of the coffee varieties features an aroma protection valve that allows gases, which naturally form in the packaging, to escape while preventing air from entering, which would oxidize the product. This ensures that the flavors can mature undisturbed and the original purity of the taste is preserved.
