The farmers are involved in the entire production process, from the selection of the varieties, to the processing of the raw materials, to the final product. A close relationship between producer and consumer is very important to Alce Nero. The diversity of Alce Nero's farmers and processors is also reflected in its large, typically Italian range, which includes over 300 products. Brewing its coffee with ground beans is probably the most common way of preparing coffee. A great advantage of coffee beans is the individuality and the wide choice of different types of coffee beans. These vary greatly in price and taste. For coffee beans you need either a coffee machine with a grinder or a machine for coffee powder and a separate coffee grinder. Many types of coffee are also available as coffee powder or you can even grind them to powder yourself in some shops.
