Product details
Abadía da Cova is a small family-run business in the Ribeira Sacra region of northwest Spain. The sunny slopes along the two rivers Miño and Sil are made up of centuries-old terraces, many of which date back to Roman times. Today, the winery is managed by Paloma and Adrián Rodriguez, along with José Moure, in its fourth generation. Since 2018, they have been supported by the experienced oenologist Nacho Álvarez. Their firm belief and guiding principle is that a wine should reflect not only the land it comes from but also the year in which it was crafted and shaped.
