To prepare, mix 1 teaspoon of Bambu (1.5g) with 200 ml of hot or cold milk or hot water. It can also be made with soy, rice, or coconut milk.

Tip: Bambu can also be used to prepare delicious desserts. It naturally contains no caffeine.
