Mark Shannon is a Californian winemaker who has lived in Apulia for 25 years. He is dedicated to indigenous grape varieties, crafting wines of international caliber. "There is no doubt that the wines I make bear my signature. Winemaking is such a deep calling for me that I devote myself to it with my whole soul," explains Mark.
