Suggestion: Filter for grinding degree and protein content
It would be great if you could add a filter for the different grinding degrees of the flours, e.g. "coarse", "medium" or "fine", as well as a filter for the protein content per cent. This would make it easier to find the right flour for your cooking and baking needs.
