We have bought this last week, expecting that it will help us to monitor our baby's health during the sleep.
However product is a fiasco... It is not working reliably. Connecting to the phone is very problematic. Once it is connected, application frequently fails the connectivity, even the phone is few centimetres away from baby.
It stops working in the middle of the night and in the morning, you find it not connected.
You cannot trust your baby's health to such a sloppy tech garbage.
I asked Galaxus for a return however it is not accepted if box is opened! This is obviously a scam by Galaxus!
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to take back this product once it has been opened, as mentioned below (Returns & warranty) :
"30-day right of return – unopened (safety or hygiene product)
This is a safety or hygiene product. Once opened, it can’t be returned."
However, if the latter is defective, please contact customer service.
If it is not defective, you can always try to sell it via our resale platform :) This could be a solution.
I am sorry about this situation.
