A milky purple neon. Skipper has the EasyNeon formula but features the standard brush and traditional black cap. Due to the unique matte formulation, the color typically does not last as long as conventional nail polish. Please note that the neon pigments may vary slightly from batch to batch. This is a 10-free formula, formulated without formaldehyde, formaldehyde resins, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, camphor, TPHP, parabens, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, and lead.
