An intense lagoon blue neon. Echo is equipped with the Z-Wide brush. EasyNeons do not require a special base coat and dry matte, but can be topped with a top coat for a high-gloss finish. We recommend Naked Manicure Ultra Glossy Seal. Due to the unique matte formulation, the color typically does not last as long as conventional nail polish. Please note: The neon pigments may vary slightly from batch to batch.
10-free formula: free from formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, dibutyl phthalate, toluene, camphor, TPHP, parabens, xylene, ethyl tosylamide, and lead.
INCI: Butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, nitrocellulose, acetyl tributyl citrate, isopropyl alcohol, stearalkonium hectorite, acrylates copolymer, styrene/acrylate copolymer.
