Application: As the last step of your morning skincare routine, apply a generous, even layer to the face and neck before sun exposure (use a teaspoon – less than a quarter fl. oz). Reapply every 2 hours when in direct sunlight, after towel drying, swimming, or sweating. Please note that sunscreen does not provide 100% protection against UV rays. The best protection is to avoid direct sun exposure between 12 PM and 3 PM when the sun is strongest.

Warning: Reducing the amount significantly decreases the level of protection.
