The new Welloxon Perfect is the ideal partner for permanent hair color and bleaching from Wella. Its creamy consistency allows for easy mixing to achieve outstanding color results. Available in various sizes and strengths for all services: 1.9%, 4%, 6%, 9%, and 12%.
Optimal flexible cream consistency, easy and quick mixing, more precise application, excellent foil adhesion, and easy rinsing.
Application: Apply to dry hair. Pure Naturals, Rich Naturals, Vibrant Reds, Deep Browns mixing ratio 1:1 with Welloxon Perfect (4%, 6%, 9%, 12%). Special Blonde mixing ratio 1:2 with Welloxon Perfect (9%, 12%). Special Mix for enhancing/intensifying fashion tones. (A mixing recommendation can be found on the color chart).
Warning: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if the product comes into contact with them. Wear suitable gloves. For professional use only.
