Application

Use only Welloxon Perfect developer with this product. To achieve a darker color, for a tone-on-tone application, or to lighten a shade, use Welloxon Perfect developer 6%. For a lift of two levels, use Welloxon Perfect developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1, for example: 50 ml of Koleston Perfect and 50 ml of Welloxon Perfect developer 6%. If you have any questions, we are always happy to assist you.
