Directions for use: Only use Welloxon Perfect developers with this product. To colour hair darker, achieve a tone-on-tone colour or lighten by one shade, use Welloxon Perfect 6% developer. To lighten by two shades, use Welloxon Perfect 9% developer. The mixing ratio is 1:1; for example: 50 ml of Koleston Perfect and 50 ml of Welloxon Perfect 6% developer. Warning: Professional expertise is required to use this product.
