Koleston Innosense for vibrant color and full permanent color performance, specially formulated to reduce the risk of developing new allergies.
Application
Use only Welloxon Perfect developer with this product. To achieve a darker color, perform a tone-on-tone coloring, or lighten a tone, use Welloxon Perfect developer 6%. For a lift of two levels, use Welloxon Perfect developer 9%. The mixing ratio is 1:1, for example: 50ml Koleston Perfect and 50ml Welloxon Perfect developer 6%.
