Wella Color Touch should always be mixed with Wella Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or Wella Color Touch Intensive Emulsion 4%.
The mixing ratio is 1:2, for example, 30 ml Wella Color Touch + 60 ml Wella Color Touch Emulsion.
