The bandage is anatomically shaped and covers the knee joint along with the adjacent upper and lower thigh areas (approximately 15/20 cm above and 15/18 cm below the center of the knee joint). Thanks to even compression, the longitudinal seams running along the sides, and the good pre-shaping with few large-volume folds in the back of the knee, there are no constrictions or chafing at those points or along the edges, ensuring a comfortable fit of the bandage even during prolonged bending of the knee. The internal structure with improved heat and moisture management prevents the bandage from slipping when the correct size is chosen. Due to the wall thickness of 2 mm, the bandages are particularly suitable for prevention in sports, work, or leisure activities (e.g., gardening) where even mild overload symptoms, such as pinprick-like pain at the tendon or muscle insertions, become noticeable.
