Support is anatomically shaped and covers the knee joint with adjacent upper and lower leg area (approx. 15 / 20 cm above and approx. 15 / 18 cm below knee joint center).
Due to uniform compression, the longitudinal seams running along the sides as well as the good preforming with few, large-volume folds in the hollow of the knee, there is no constriction or chafing there and at the edges, i.e. comfortable fit of the support even when the knee is bent for a longer period of time. The inner structure with the improved heat and sweat dissipation prevents, with the right size, slipping of the support.
Due to the wall thickness of 2 mm, the supports are particularly suitable for prevention in sports, at work or leisure activities (gardening), where already slight symptoms of overstrain are noticeable, e.g. pinprick-like pain at the tendon or muscle attachments; No. 2224 covers larger upper and lower leg areas.
