The TSM ankle brace active is suitable for handball players with Achilles tendon irritation or ankle osteoarthritis and serves to increase the load capacity of the ligament apparatus as well as to protect against hypothermia. The handball brace is used for rehabilitation as well as for prophylaxis.

The brace encloses the upper and lower ankle, the Achilles tendon, the lower shinbone, and the ankle area. It is anatomically shaped and features a stretch zone above the instep, which significantly facilitates putting on and taking off the brace and ensures a snug fit around the joint area.

Function:

Due to the good warmth retention, light compression, and prevention of hypothermia, the elasticity of the inner and outer ligaments of the joint is increased, thereby enhancing the load capacity of the ankle.

Application:

The low wall thickness of 2 mm allows the brace to be worn with all types of shoes. The brace is particularly suitable for prophylaxis in sports with longer phases of exertion.

M = 40-42
L = 43-45
XL = 46-48.
