The kinesiology tape from Thera-Band, featuring the innovative XactStretch technology, makes taping even easier. The honeycomb pressure pattern on the tape indicates to the user how much it is stretched, allowing for precise reading of the stretch when applying the tape, either 25 or 50 percent. Each roll is 5 meters long and 5 centimeters wide, latex-free, waterproof, and can remain on the skin for up to 5 days.
