Syoss Permanent Cool Color 10-13 Arctic Blond is a permanent hair colour with an anti-yellowing effect and up to 100 % grey coverage. With over 45 years of experience in hair care, Syoss is designed for professional performance. This cool hair colour ensures colour looks and feels vibrant by harnessing the neutralising power of colour pigments. Infused with cool highlights and keratin, the colour cream penetrates deep into the hair fibre to neutralise unwanted yellow tones and reveal cool colours, providing up to 100 days of professional colour intensity and full grey coverage.
The kit contains a deep blue mask with keratin that strengthens hair from within, while its blue pigments eliminate brassy undertones and create icy highlights. This blonde hair colour is recommended for light blonde to medium blonde hair.
