Application

Regularly apply cream to feet, preferably daily or as needed, for example after strenuous hikes to cool and soothe the feet or before ski tours to prevent blisters and foot odor. For severe thickening or cracks in the callus, generously apply cream in the evening, wrap feet in socks, and let it work overnight.
