Clotrineem Plus Cream offers protection against fungal infections through Clotrimazole and Neem extract. Urea (5%) is used as the main active ingredient in Clotrineem Cream. At this concentration, Urea does not act as a keratolytic or keratoplastic agent, but rather improves transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and serves as a natural moisturizing factor (NMF). This helps keep cell membranes elastic and functional. The skin remains smooth and intact, making it difficult or even impossible for pathogenic germs to penetrate. With active ingredients such as Neem leaf extract, black cumin, evening primrose oil, Clotrimazole, and Piroctone Olamine, it is an excellent protective and caring specialty cream for foot health.
