Igora Vibrance 9.5-11 Extra Ash Toner is a demi-permanent tone-on-tone hair color with integrated Fibrebond technology for healthy-looking, pastel blonde results that allow for a cool color direction.
The toner promises increased shine and additional hair protection through a moisture complex enriched with Aquaxyl. With the innovative system, you can choose between a gel or cream activator. The mixing ratio is 1:1. This results in neutral to cool shades with up to 50% white coverage. The result lasts for up to 25 washes. This product is a professional dye and should only be used by those with the necessary expertise.
