The oxidizing agent Schwarzkopf Blondme Premium Care Developer is used with the Blondme series of lightening and coloring products.

It offers high results and protection for the hair during lightening. Thanks to the new formula with a premium care complex that consists of 20% mineral oils and protective coating agents, the hair gains a luxurious shine. The high concentration of mineral oils provides wonderful moisture for the hair and prevents premature discoloration.

Since this product contains low levels of hydrogen peroxide, it promises gentle lightening. With this milder form of lightening, you maintain a healthy hair structure, resulting in a radiant hair shine.

Recommended use: To be used with Lightener 9+ bleaching powder and lightening as well as toning products from the BlondMe care series. Available in concentrations: 2%, 6%, 9%, 12%.
