The outstanding features of Rocktape result from the particularly tightly woven structure of the tape, which consists of 97% cotton and 3% high-tech synthetic fiber.
Due to this composition, Rocktape has an elasticity of up to 180% of its original length and retracts back to its original length without losing elasticity. Thus, Rocktape impresses with properties identical to those of human skin. If the tape did not possess this elasticity, it would lose its effectiveness on the skin after a short time and would therefore be unnecessary.
The adhesive used for Rocktape is made from a pure acrylic blend, making it free from latex, silicone, and zinc. The adhesive contains 30% more acrylate (the same adhesive used in commercial bandages) than conventional tapes on the market. This makes them extremely durable, even under extreme conditions such as sweat and water.
