The outstanding features of Rocktape result from the particularly tightly woven structure of the tape, which consists of 97% cotton and 3% high-tech synthetic fiber. This composition gives Rocktape a stretchability of up to 180% of its original length and allows it to retract back to its original length without losing elasticity. Thus, Rocktape impresses with properties identical to those of human skin. If the tape did not exhibit this elasticity, it would lose its effectiveness on the skin after a short time and would therefore be unnecessary. The adhesive used for Rocktape is made from a pure acrylic mixture, making it free from latex, silicone, and zinc. The adhesive contains 30% more acrylate (the adhesive also used in commercial bandages) than conventional tapes on the market. As a result, they are extremely durable, even under extreme conditions such as sweat and water.
