Application Instructions

• For cold application: Place in the refrigerator or freezer (down to -18 °C) for about 2 hours before use
• For warm application: Heat in a water bath (max. 80 °C) or in the microwave (800 W) before use
• Wrap in a thin cloth before application to avoid burns
• Use on children only under adult supervision
• Do not apply compresses for longer than 20 minutes
• Never use a damaged compress
