Hello Anton No, you cannot load the data onto the PC. Yes, the data are provided with date/time, for 2 persons à yes 100 memory values. The device is powered by batteries and/or a power cable. Kind regards Martin

I think so. It says so in the specifications Scope of delivery = mains adapter
