I like to do running trail going down from the mountains on terrain with stones,rocks ecc. My questions are : 1: Is it good enought to prevent an injurie in my ankle? 2: Is it unconfortable wearing the shoes because it looks like quite thick ?

Can I jog with this bandage or is the ankle stiff? Or does anyone have experience with a supportive bandage? I pulled my ligaments last year and still have problems now.

The ankle is not completely stiff, but its movement is severely restricted.
