Question about BioSkin TriLok ankle brace
I like to do running trail going down from the mountains on terrain with stones,rocks ecc. My questions are : 1: Is it good enought to prevent an injurie in my ankle? 2: Is it unconfortable wearing the shoes because it looks like quite thick ?
