Questions about Beurer BY 80

I did some tests and this is clearly not registering even adding 40g. It is not precise enough for a baby scale. Our use case was to measure a premature baby after each feeding when the baby is supposed to eat 40-70ml after each feeding. I guess I will return it.

I would like to buy the scale for my cat as I have to measure her weight regularly. But she is very nervous. Will the scale read the weight accurately even if the cat moves or only stands on the scale for a short time? It says there is a hold function. Thank you

It takes a long time until the scale is ready for operation, the display remains at 0.000 despite the baby! Is it possible to reset the scale or is it definitely defective? I received a new one today.

I have guinea pigs and want to use them as scales - can they weigh 0 kg or more or do they have to have a certain weight for the scales to work?

Is there a matching bag? As a midwife, I have to carry it around a lot.....
