Is it normal that there is no insert in the case to store it neatly, in some videos you can see nice cut-outs, in mine it was just empty?

But mine has a plastic insert inside. Nothing of high quality, but every thing has its place.

Some combs are quickly broken. Can these be purchased separately?

Is this appliance also worthwhile for trimming the beard? I see that there is also the Multi 12 in 1 especially for beards. However, I have had better experiences with hair clippers than with these trimmers.

From my point of view, a resounding yes, the device is superbly made, fits very well in the hand and is, in my opinion, one of the best devices on the market. The battery also lasts forever. I mainly use the appliance for trimming body hair and the cutting length can be adjusted very easily.
