Is it normal that there is no insert in the case to store it neatly, in some videos you can see nice cut-outs, in mine it was just empty?

But mine has a plastic insert inside. Nothing of high quality, but every thing has its place.
The same, man. Empty plastic box. It really disappointed me for a trimmer at this price.
I ordered it and have just opened it, and the case is also empty... So there is no insert to stow it away.
