Apply a generous amount of the highly concentrated sun cream (approx. 30ml), sufficient for the entire body of a normal adult) before exposing yourself to the sun. Especially after bathing, towel drying, sweating and whenever necessary, you should reapply the sun cream. Too little sun cream provides insufficient protection. Sunburn can pose a serious health risk. Even when using sun protection, you should not stay in the sun for too long. Babies and small children should not be exposed to direct sunlight for long periods of time.
