Proclear Multifocal Toric

Proclear Multifocal Toric by Coopervision are soft monthly contact lenses. They are made from Omafilcon A with a water content of 59%, designed to correct both astigmatism (irregular curvature of the cornea) and presbyopia (age-related vision decline) simultaneously. While astigmatism can occur at any age, presbyopia is caused by a decreasing flexibility of the eye's lens, typically becoming noticeable around the age of 40 to 50. People affected by both types of vision problems not only struggle to see distant objects clearly but also find close objects appear blurred or distorted. Proclear Multifocal Toric lenses enable clear vision at all distances and contribute to a hassle-free daily life.

Excellent wearing comfort: Proclear Multifocal Toric lenses incorporate the bionic substance phosphorylcholine, which is completely compatible with body tissue and frequently used in medical applications. Thanks to the special properties of the biocompatible material, the lenses are very well tolerated and do not cause a foreign body sensation. A special manufacturing process binds water molecules with the lens material, creating a natural resistance to drying out. As a result, the contact lenses are very comfortable to wear and remain moist and hydrated even during longer wear times.

Dirt-resistant and easy to handle: Proclear Multifocal Toric can be worn during the day and are easy to clean, as dirt particles and proteins hardly accumulate on the non-ionic lens surface. The monthly lenses only need to be replaced every 30 days.
