Proclear are the world's first soft monthly contact lenses made with phosphorylcholine, a natural substance. It is used in medicine due to its complete tissue compatibility. Proclear contact lenses are perceived by the eye as a natural part of the body. The lenses remain evenly moist throughout the day and into the late night, providing virtually no feeling of dryness on the eye. Proclear is particularly suitable for screen work. Due to their electrical neutrality, the surface of Proclear contact lenses does not tend to develop deposits, such as lipids and proteins from the tear film.
