The Bowel FOB Test from Prima Home Test indicates the presence of occult blood in the stool, which can be attributed to various gastrointestinal conditions such as polyps, ulcers, colitis, diverticula, fissures, hemorrhoids, or tumors. The symptoms of these conditions often go unnoticed in the early stages of the disease, making the search for occult blood in stool an important screening test that allows for early detection of gastrointestinal disorders.

Who is this test for? The Bowel FOB Test is useful for detecting the presence of blood in the stool that may not be visible to the naked eye, especially in individuals over 45 years old. In some cases, the presence of occult blood in the stool is not clearly detectable, so it is advisable to use devices that can do so without restrictions on food intake.

The Bowel FOB Test is an immunochromatographic device that detects minute amounts (over 40 ng/mL) of occult blood in stool samples.

• 1 dropper bottle with sampling stick, contains diluent
• 1 sample collection sheet
• Instructions for use

Instructions:
* Collect the sample using the sample collection sheet.
* Unscrew the cap of the dropper bottle, dip the sampling stick into 3 different areas of the sample, and screw the cap back on.
* Break off the end of the cap, release the dropper part, and place 3 drops of the diluted sample into the well indicated on the cassette (S).
* Wait 5 minutes to read the result.
