The alkaline bath with valuable Himalayan salt and natural minerals is ideal for full baths, foot baths, underarm baths and sitz baths. Alkaline baths activate blood circulation in the skin and connective tissue and stimulate the metabolism. They provide soothing cleansing, promote self-lubrication of the skin and support the effects of detoxification and fasting cures. The skin becomes smooth and silky to the touch. In the cold season, the alkaline bath is a warming and relaxing treat for body and soul, in summer it has a refreshing and regenerating effect. Intended for external use. Preparation: A bath temperature of 36-38 °C is recommended for a full bath, 38-41 °C for a foot bath, all other baths according to personal preference. The bath should last at least 30 minutes, up to 60 minutes are recommended for foot baths. You will need three tablespoons for a full bath and one heaped tablespoon for a partial bath.
