Basic mineral bath salt with Himalayan salt

The basic bath with valuable Himalayan salt and natural minerals is excellent for full baths, foot baths, underarm baths, and sitz baths. Alkaline baths activate blood circulation in the skin and connective tissue and stimulate metabolism. They provide a soothing cleanse, promote the skin's natural oil production, and support the effects of detox and fasting treatments. The skin becomes smooth and feels silky. In the cold season, the basic bath is a warming and relaxing treat for body and soul, while in summer it has a refreshing and regenerating effect.

Preparation
For a full bath, a water temperature of 36–38 °C is recommended, for a foot bath 38–41 °C, and for all other baths according to personal preference. The bathing time should be at least 30 minutes, with up to 60 minutes recommended for foot baths. For a full bath, you will need three heaping tablespoons, and for a partial bath, one heaping tablespoon.
