Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) occurs when the median nerve is compressed. A special relief pad in the Ortho Manu brace alleviates this compression and reduces pressure on the nerve constriction. This brace stabilizes the wrist, preventing further irritation of the compressed nerve. The aluminum splint on the palm side (volar) positions the hand ergonomically, thus supporting the healing process. Putting it on is easy and painless thanks to the side opening and Velcro fasteners.

The ergonomically shaped brace provides immediate pain relief by stabilizing the hand in a gentle position. An aluminum splint on the palm side offers additional support and can be individually adjusted as needed to ensure optimal hold.
