Exfoliac is a highly compatible concept for the natural improvement of impure skin. The patented combination of phytosphingosines and vitamin B3 (vitamin PP, nicotinamide, niacinamide) from Laboratoires Noreva compensates for the lack of ceramides and improves the skin's barrier function. It controls the release of free fatty acids, regulates sebaceous gland lipids, and inhibits bacterial colonization without leading to the development of resistances like those seen with antibiotics. Micro-sponge particles (in Exfoliac Cream and Exfoliac Tinted Cream) absorb excess sebum and provide a cosmetically pleasant matte finish to the increasingly clearer skin.
