Highly absorbent dressing with exudate barrier. Mesorb is a soft, highly absorbent dressing that can absorb large amounts of exudate. The liquid-repellent protective layer prevents external contamination of the wound and protects clothing and bedding from penetrating exudate. Since the protective layer also covers the sides of the wound dressing, it prevents fluid from leaking out at the edges.

Application

Mesorb is intended for moderately to heavily exuding wounds. You can use it as a primary dressing directly on the wound. If extreme absorption capacity is required, it can also be used as a secondary dressing in combination with Melgisorb Plus or Mepitel and Mepitel One.
