Highly absorbent, cost-effective dressings and sponges. Mesoft dressings and sponges have been developed for various applications - including wound cleansing, absorption, protection, replenishment and disinfection. Unlike cotton gauze, they are very soft to the touch. They can also absorb more fluid or exudate and release fewer fibres into the wound than gauze. Made from a soft and skin-friendly non-woven material. High performance fibre structure. Highly absorbent, so you need fewer dressings and sponges. More cost-effective than cotton gauze. Retains its shape even when wet. Sterile.
