For best results, use the file once a week on dry feet before bathing or showering. Use the file on areas with thickened or calloused skin and be careful not to grip the file too tightly. For the hard skin area under the little toe, move all four other toes away from you with your free hand to expose it. The file can also be used to remove hard skin on the tips of the toes or where corns can form. After use, clean with a damp nail brush and pat dry. After use, remove and discard old pads and replace with new self-adhesive pads by pressing them firmly onto the file. Do not use on damaged skin. Do not overuse. Do not grip file too tightly. Keep out of the reach of children.
