To ensure germ-free conditions in 19th-century hospitals, pharmaceutical assistant Maurice Berger invented a catalytic steam system for which he applied for a patent. In light of the company's great success, Maurice Berger's successors decided to expand the range with fragrance bouquets, candles, and much more.
