Application

The Inoa system consists of two components. Use Inoa exclusively with the new Inoa oxidant. For application, mix 60 g of rich oxidant (3%, 6%, or 9%) with 60 g of Inoa cream and mix until a uniform, creamy consistency is achieved. For gray hair coverage and a lift of 2 levels, use the Inoa oxidant 6%. For a lift of 3 levels, use the Inoa oxidant 9%.
