Ingredient: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Triheptanoin, Panthenol, Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Sodium Hydroxide, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate, Fragrance/Parfum, Benzyl Alcohol, Citrus Aurantium Peel Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Linalyl Acetate, Acid Red 52, CI 60730, HC Blue No. 12.
Instructions for use
No mixing necessary. Gently wash your hair with your favourite John Frieda shampoo. Use a walnut-sized amount of the nourishing colour refresher for shoulder-length hair and adjust the amount depending on the length of your hair. Work into wet hair and leave in for 2-5 minutes to refresh the blonde colour. The effect varies depending on the application time and hair texture. Use the product as needed - ideally after every 2nd to 3rd hair wash, alternating with your normal John Frieda conditioner. Rinse thoroughly.
