Instructions for use | You need three lids or three tablespoons of MeineBase for a full alkaline bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 36 - 38 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a children's full bath of around 20 litres, we recommend half a lid or one teaspoon of MeineBase. You need half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase for a foot bath. We recommend a bath temperature of 38 - 41 °C and a duration of at least 30 minutes. For a hand bath, add half a lid or a teaspoon of MeineBase to a bowl of water. For a scrub, mix Alkaline Shower with MeineBase in a ratio of 2:1 and rub your body with it. Pure MeineBase can also be used for robust skin. Then rinse off briefly. For a standard nasal douche (approx. 250 ml) you need a pinch of MeineBase. Mix salt and warm water and use the douche according to the instructions. For mouth rinses, dissolve a pinch of MeineBase in a glass of 250 ml warm water. Put enough solution in your mouth so that you can rinse back and forth or gargle with it if you wish. The remaining liquid can be used for further mouthwashes during the course of the day if required. Pour 1.5 - 2 litres of boiling water into a bowl and then add half a capful or a teaspoon of MeineBase. You can inhale two to three times a day for two to three minutes as required. Mix a pinch of MeineBase with a little water in the palm of your hand. Apply this solution to your armpits after washing them with soap and allow it to dry. Dissolve some MeineBase with water in a tooth cup and dip your toothbrush in it. Then apply a fluoride-free toothpaste and brush your teeth as usual. |
