The underwear, combined with the MoliCare® X-Change Pads, can absorb up to 27 teaspoons (approximately 134 ml) of urine, providing a secure feeling in everyday life. With its invisible and masculine design, the pants remain almost unnoticed under clothing, ensuring maximum discretion. The MoliCare® X-Change Pads are easy to insert into the hidden pocket and can be simply replaced as needed. They also provide reliable odor control. The incontinence underwear can be hygienically washed at 60°C after removing the X-Change Pad and is also suitable for tumble drying. As the pants are reusable, they generate 78% less plastic waste compared to conventional disposable products. Made from soft, skin-friendly materials, the pants do not contain silver chloride or other biocides that could affect the vaginal flora. Developed in Germany, it combines functionality and wearing comfort. The package includes men's incontinence underwear in size M or L, along with five MoliCare® X-Change Pads. Size M corresponds to EU size 4/5 and size L corresponds to EU size 6/7.
